Cancellation by the Client<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"4097\" data-end=\"4217\">Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing (by email) to the following address:<br data-start=\"4183\" data-end=\"4186\" \/><strong data-start=\"4186\" data-end=\"4217\"><a class=\"decorated-link cursor-pointer\" rel=\"noopener\" data-start=\"4188\" data-end=\"4215\">contact@villaveha-samui.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"4219\" data-end=\"4263\">The date of receipt of the request shall be considered as proof.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4265\" data-end=\"4268\" \/><p data-start=\"4270\" data-end=\"4300\"><strong data-start=\"4270\" data-end=\"4300\">2. Cancellation Conditions<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"4302\" data-end=\"4397\">Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, the following conditions apply:<\/p><ul data-start=\"4399\" data-end=\"4792\"><li data-start=\"4399\" data-end=\"4546\"><p data-start=\"4401\" data-end=\"4546\">Cancellation made <strong data-start=\"4422\" data-end=\"4466\">more than 30 days before the arrival date:<\/strong> :<br data-start=\"4468\" data-end=\"4471\" \/>\u2192 Full refund of the amount paid, excluding any bank or transaction fees.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4548\" data-end=\"4689\"><p data-start=\"4550\" data-end=\"4689\">Cancellation made <strong data-start=\"4571\" data-end=\"4619\">between 30 and 14 days before the arrival date:<\/strong> :<br data-start=\"4621\" data-end=\"4624\" \/>\u2192 Refund of <strong data-start=\"4645\" data-end=\"4653\">50 %<\/strong> of the total reservation amount.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"4691\" data-end=\"4792\"><p data-start=\"4693\" data-end=\"4792\">Cancellation made <strong data-start=\"4714\" data-end=\"4759\">less than 14 days before the arrival date:<\/strong> :<br data-start=\"4761\" data-end=\"4764\" \/>\u2192 <strong data-start=\"4768\" data-end=\"4791\">No refund.<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><hr data-start=\"4794\" data-end=\"4797\" \/><p data-start=\"4799\" data-end=\"4832\"><strong data-start=\"4799\" data-end=\"4832\">3. No-Show<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"4834\" data-end=\"4936\">In the event of the client\u2019s failure to appear on the scheduled arrival date (no-show), no refund will be issued.<\/p><hr data-start=\"4938\" data-end=\"4941\" \/><p data-start=\"4943\" data-end=\"4975\"><strong data-start=\"4943\" data-end=\"4975\">4. Cancellation by the Seller<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"4977\" data-end=\"5180\">In the event of an exceptional cancellation of the reservation by the Seller (force majeure, major technical issue, unforeseen unavailability), the client will be fully refunded for all amounts paid.<\/p><p data-start=\"5182\" data-end=\"5238\">No additional compensation may be claimed.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5240\" data-end=\"5243\" \/><p data-start=\"5245\" data-end=\"5278\"><strong data-start=\"5245\" data-end=\"5278\">5. Refund Procedure<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"5280\" data-end=\"5434\">Any applicable refund will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation, within a maximum period of <strong data-start=\"5421\" data-end=\"5433\">14 days<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"5436\" data-end=\"5499\">Banking or currency exchange fees remain the responsibility of the client.<\/p><hr data-start=\"5501\" data-end=\"5504\" \/><p data-start=\"5506\" data-end=\"5533\"><strong data-start=\"5506\" data-end=\"5533\">6. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p><p data-start=\"5535\" data-end=\"5722\">No refund may be claimed in the event of force majeure beyond the control of the parties (natural disasters, governmental restrictions, exceptional events).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7dfabeb e-flex e-con-boxed
