Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy defines the cancellation and refund conditions applicable to reservations made on the website villaveha-samui.com.
1. Cancellation by the Client
Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing (by email) to the following address:

The date of receipt of the request shall be considered as proof.
2. Cancellation Conditions
Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, the following conditions apply:
Cancellation made more than 30 days before the arrival date: :
→ Full refund of the amount paid, excluding any bank or transaction fees.Cancellation made between 30 and 14 days before the arrival date: :

3. No-Show
In the event of the client’s failure to appear on the scheduled arrival date (no-show), no refund will be issued.
4. Cancellation by the Seller
In the event of an exceptional cancellation of the reservation by the Seller (force majeure, major technical issue, unforeseen unavailability), the client will be fully refunded for all amounts paid.
No additional compensation may be claimed.
5. Refund Procedure
Any applicable refund will be made using the same payment method used for the reservation, within a maximum period of 14 days.
Banking or currency exchange fees remain the responsibility of the client.
6. Force Majeure
No refund may be claimed in the event of force majeure beyond the control of the parties (natural disasters, governmental restrictions, exceptional events).
