The purpose of these GTC is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of booking stays at Villa Vehamade following contact through the website and validation by the Seller.

2. Services Provided

The website offers the booking of short-term stays at Villa Veha, located in Koh Samui (Thailand).

The services include accommodation for the selected dates, as well as the equipment and services mentioned on the website at the time of booking.

3. Reservation

The website allows the client to consult availability and submit a reservation request.

Any stay request is subject to prior communication with the Seller in order to confirm availability, stay conditions, and the applicable rate.

A reservation is considered confirmed only after explicit validation by the Seller and receipt of payment, made via a secure payment link sent to the client.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse any reservation request in the event of unavailability, incomplete information, or a prior dispute.

4. Prices

Prices are not displayed as fixed amounts on the website.
Rates may vary depending on the season, length of stay, and number of bedrooms used.

The applicable price is communicated to the client during the prior exchange and confirmed before any payment is made.

Displayed prices include all applicable taxes, excluding any bank or currency exchange fees that may be charged by the client’s bank.

5. Payment Terms

Payment for the stay is not made directly on the website.

After validation of the reservation request, the Seller sends the client a secure payment link, notably via the Stripe payment service provider, or provides the necessary details for payment by bank transfer.

6. Invoicing

An invoice may be provided upon simple request by the client.

Invoices are issued in United States dollars (USD).
An equivalent amount in euros may be calculated by the client’s bank at the time of payment.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation and refund conditions are detailed in the Cancellation and Refund Policyavailable on the website and forming an integral part of these GTC.

8. Liability

The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the stay, including but not limited to loss of personal belongings, force majeure events, or inappropriate behavior by the client.

The client is responsible for any damage caused to the villa or its equipment during the stay.

9. Force Majeure

Neither party may be held liable for failure or delay in performance due to a force majeure event as defined by applicable law (natural disaster, pandemic, governmental decision, etc.).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by the applicable law in Thailand..

In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavor to reach an amicable solution.
Failing that, the competent courts shall be those under the jurisdiction of Thailand..
